Starfield Games ("we," "our," or "us") operates mobile applications including Stellar Times. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our apps.

We are committed to protecting your privacy, especially given that Stellar Times is designed for children in grades 3–4.

Information We Collect

Analytics Data

We use Expo's built-in analytics to collect anonymous usage data such as:

• App launch and session duration
• Device type, operating system, and app version
• Crash reports and performance metrics

This data is collected in aggregate and cannot be used to identify individual users.

In-App Purchase Data

Purchases are processed by RevenueCat and the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We receive information about purchase status (e.g., whether a subscription is active) but do not have access to your payment details such as credit card numbers.

Device Information

We may collect basic device information (device model, OS version, language settings) to ensure app compatibility and improve performance.

Information We Do Not Collect

• We do not require account creation or login
• We do not collect names, email addresses, or other personal contact information
• We do not collect location data
• We do not collect photos, contacts, or other sensitive device data
• We do not use advertising or ad-tracking SDKs

Third-Party Services

Our apps use the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:

• Apple App Store / Google Play Store — app distribution and payment processing
• RevenueCat — in-app purchase management
• Expo — app framework and analytics

Children's Privacy

Stellar Times is designed for children in grades 3–4 (typically ages 8–10). We take children's privacy seriously:

• We do not knowingly collect personal information from children
• No account creation or login is required
• No advertising or behavioral tracking is used
• No social features, chat, or user-generated content is included
• In-app purchases require parental authentication through the device's app store

If you believe we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child, please contact us immediately and we will promptly delete it.

Data Retention

Anonymous analytics data is retained for up to 12 months to help us improve our apps. Purchase records are maintained by RevenueCat and the respective app stores according to their retention policies.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
